Final Development Handover Report
Serbia Tour
serbiatour.com
Website Design, Development and Online Booking Platform
Executive Summary

The Serbia Tour website development project has been completed within the agreed development scope and is now ready for client handover. All public website pages, the multi-step booking system, the administrative suite, the email system, branding implementation, SEO and the QR boarding-pass workflow have been delivered to a production-ready standard.

The remaining items are client decisions, infrastructure configuration, production access and launch activities. These were intentionally excluded from the development scope because they require client ownership, production credentials, merchant access, approval or deployment authority. Upon completion of those client-controlled items, the project will be ready for production deployment.
